Madrid Gathering Promotes Dialogue and Diversity

The round table included a representative of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, a specialist from the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, a Roma guitarist and composer, and Denise González. Speakers shared different experiences and viewpoints on how open dialogue can reduce prejudice.

In the discussion, participants considered themes such as religious freedom, intercultural coexistence and human dignity. Fundación Mejora connected the initiative with Scientology’s emphasis on ethical values and community improvement. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, said that cultural and religious diversity contributes to democratic life when rooted in respect for human rights.
